I wish it could be my birthday (or day before my birthday) everyday, because Corrin just cooked me an awesome dinner.
Entree: Little pastry parcels with (soft) cheese and prawns. (With white wine)
Mains: Marinated steak (i.e. garlic, various herbs, worcesteshire sauce, salt, pepper, red wine) with greek garden salad, pasta salad (Corrin's version of pasta salad, that is, that he improvised on leavers), and potato salad) (with white wine, and bread rolls)
Dessert: BLUEBERRY AND APPLE PIE!!! (with cream and custard, and more white wine).
and then Coffee and Chocolate.
So, Corrin is quite the pastry cook. All very yummy.
And we have the house to ourselves, so we were able to listen to some Beatles, and now "Wish You Were Here" (the album) by Pink Floyd. Which is great.
So, in conclusion, I think I am lucky to have such a wonderful, dedicated, loving boy.

However, it just so happens that last night we went to Fremantle for Fish and Chips, and when I was there I was reminded of when you were talking about going to fish and chips in Fremantle.
Then it just so happened that on the way home dad was playing Recurring Dream, and both mum and dad were singing along to it.
So perhaps the world was giving me hints, and I as usual was blind to subtlety.
